TRAINING
As individuals we all have very different reasons and goals or our training. At HLP we are very much aware that there is no "one size fits all" when it comes to training programs. We will focus on building indivualised programs based on your current physical and mental well-being, equipment available to you and your future goals. We will provide an ongoing source of support throughout your program, answering any queries you might have. You will never be alone on your journey.

ONE TO ONE COACHING
In a one to one coaching session I am able to give you my undivided attention towards reaching your goals. I will commit to you if you are ready to commit yourself. My ethos of training is based around functional strength, movement and fitness. One to one coaching includes:
- Movement Assessment
- Physical Fitness Screening
- Individualised Program
I am based at Bounce Gym in New Malden, but am able to deliver sessions at home or outdoors in the Tolworth, Kingston, Surbiton, Chessington & New Malden areas.

GROUP TRAINING
Don't enjoy training by yourself. Want to train with a team member, family or friend. Group training sessions offer a social and competitive element. Small group training sessions will still include personal exercise programs to follow. Discounted rates applied per extra numbers, contact for details.

SCHOOLS PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
One of the main goals of HLP is to educate young athletes about physical preparation for sport, this includes: movement skills and injury prevention, nutrition for sporting performance and using tools such as goal-setting to promote self-confidence.

The provision of Strength & Conditioning for youth athletes has increased drastically in recent years, aiding sporting performance through the development of a broad array of fundamental motor skills.
